- Naked old guys in the locker room. Not just naked, but blatantly putting it out there. worst case I ever saw was a man in his 70's blow drying his testes. I wish I was kidding. - The dude with the ego even bigger than he is--this is not a put down on big guys (I am a good sized guy myself), it's a knock on the ones who go around acting like they are the best thing in town, and have a huge need to rub it in everyone's faces (insecure much?). - The woman who actually goes to work out. Never seen one that big (exaggeration), but you do encounter some women who work their tails off and look great for it. - The woman who just putters around, rolling on a ball, might do really light weight at slow reps, and then does a ton of cardio. - The doofus who is out to show off as soon as their is a cute girl around or a bigger guy he thinks he needs to at least come close to matching. They throw on too much weight and then do the lift wrong, putting themselves at serious risk of injury while they are at it. They also get nothing for their effort (poorly done lifting will get you nowhere fast) and just stay the same. And bonus- New Years resolutioners- the people who show up from January to March, make the place unbearably crowded, never pick up after themselves, never wipe anything down, constantly get in the way, and are gone by the time they get their tax refunds. :P
